Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Derkin are processed and delivered.

Shipping destinations

Derkin currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Available delivery methods and shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout. An order cannot be completed if no delivery method is available for the entered address.

We do not currently guarantee delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, freight-forwarding addresses, US territories, or locations outside the United States unless a valid delivery option appears during checkout.

Shipping origin and international returns

Orders may ship from China or the United States. Shipping to a United States address does not mean that the order will ship from a United States warehouse.

Approved returns must be sent to China. For returns due to a change of mind or an incorrectly selected option, the buyer pays international return shipping. Please review our Return & Refund Policy, including the return address and applicable charges, before ordering.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

During promotional periods, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

After processing, estimated delivery normally takes 7–15 business days.

The combined estimated processing and delivery time is 9–20 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of:

· Carrier congestion;

· Severe weather or natural disasters;

· Customs, security, or regulatory inspections;

· Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

· Remote delivery locations;

· Events outside Derkin’s reasonable control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses costs $10.00 USD for orders under $150.00 USD. Orders of $150.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges are displayed before the order is submitted.

Customers will not be charged an undisclosed shipping fee after checkout unless they expressly agree to an order change.

Duties and taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout when required.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes assessed by government authorities or carriers.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

Derkin is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an address problem or failure to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Any refund will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged packages

If a package appears significantly damaged at delivery, photograph the exterior before opening it. Retain all packaging and contact us within 7 calendar days.

Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping label, or included components until the claim has been resolved.

Split shipments

Products from the same order may arrive separately. If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
