Actual colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, production batches, and vehicle interior finishes.

Vehicle accessories can vary by market, model year, trim level, factory configuration, and prior modification. References to a vehicle model do not guarantee compatibility with every version of that vehicle.

Customers must review the product page and confirm compatibility before ordering. Contact us before purchase if compatibility is uncertain.

3. Installation and use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation services are not included.

Customers are responsible for:

· Confirming that installation does not interfere with airbags, controls, sensors, visibility, vehicle operation, or legally required equipment;

· Obtaining professional installation when necessary;

Derkin is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or use on an incompatible vehicle, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

· Product unavailability;

· Pricing or description errors;

· Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

· Delivery restrictions;

· Violation of these terms;

· Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where correction is required by law or the customer agrees to an order modification.

You represent that the payment and billing information submitted during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Derkin is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

· You have the right to submit it;

· It is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

· It does not violate another person’s rights;

· It is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious.

You grant Derkin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.
